Matt JohnsonModeratorThanks for your reply but I had already tried this approach but it is unable to fulfill my requirements as it is suitable for the lesser number of files. If you want to convert a large number of files using this approach, then it can result in very complex and time-consuming because this method is required to be performed one by one.

Thanks for your help but the manual approach is quite lengthy and consumes much time in the execution process. As I had already tried this procedure for which firstly I had to configure Outlook to Gmail and then set up Gmail in Thunderbird.
