What is OLM File Extension?

Introduction

OLM file extension is created by Microsoft Outlook for Mac which can be accessed in Microsoft Outlook 2011. A single OLM file consist of all the Mac Outlook data such as Emails, Calendars, Contacts, etc. OLM files generally store the local data of Outlook for Mac but it is not created as a default file format. OLM files are also known as database files.

Note: The size of this file should not exceed above 2 GB, though there is no predefined size for it but, if OLM file size exceeds beyond 2 GB than corruption might occurs.
