Check if the Archiving option is ON or not, because the emails get automatically archived if it is ON. Means you have a backup file by which you can recover deleted emails from PST file.
How to locate archive.pst file:
C:\User\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
and you will get an archive.pst file there.
You can also see the Archive options as it will help you to find the path of the archived file. Thanks & Regards,

January 9, 2017 at 6:37 am in reply to: Want to Know About Office 2016 vs Office Online in Office 365 #3909 Score: 0Hi,
Office 2016 is desktop based application whereas Office Online is cloud based.
Nowadays people prefer to work on the cloud rather than on-premises.
It’s up to you which application you would prefer.
Thanks,

It will definitely work once you set the Outlook e-mail account on your laptop. And when you copy your Outlook data files they will have something to overwrite. But you have to be very careful while Overwriting. Do this it will allow you to open OST file.

Could you please provide us with the details of the backup?

November 26, 2016 at 7:38 am in reply to: I am Unable to Restore Deleted Emails from G Suite account. #3741 Score: 0Yes, there are two ways to backup G Suite/ Google Apps data to your computer/ local drive.
You can download the data using Google Takeout which is a utility provided by Google or any Google Takeout Alternative tool.
PS: Third party tool (Google Takeout alternative) is preferred when you have data which is more than 2GB. For data less than 2 GB, you can use Google Takeout.

Here are the steps you (the admin) should follow to restore a single user’s data:1. Login to your Google Admin console using the Administrator credentials.
2. Go to Users from the Admin console’s dashboard.
3. Find the user whose data you want to recover, select their name to view their account page.
4. On the user’s account page, select More and then choose Restore data.
5. Choose the time interval for the data you want to retrieve, from within the last 25 days. (This field should not be blank)
6. Choose the location from where you want to restore your data: Drive or Gmail. (This field should not be blank)
7. Select Restore Data.Thanks

You did not backup the emails before deleting them? It is always preferable to backup cloud data locally.
Let’s come to your issue now. Well, you are not late yet, the administrator in your organization can retrieve permanently deleted emails within 25 days of deletion.
You should contact the G Suite admin for the same.
I hope this works well for you.
Thanks Barry
October 1, 2016 at 11:06 am in reply to: Want To Reduce PST File Size & Backup Outlook Data #3577 Score: 0Manually you can’t reduce the size. Just that you can set the days of archiving. In order to reduce the size of PST file you have to go with another solution.
September 29, 2016 at 9:10 am in reply to: Want To Reduce PST File Size & Backup Outlook Data #3540 Score: 0First of all I would like to suggest you to archive your PST file, so that you can reduce the PST size upto the Outlook version limit you are using. Because backing up Outlook will create an exact copy of the previous file but not reduce the size of your file. Follow the steps to manually archive PST file.
1. Open Outlook>>File>>Archive option
Or
Go to Tools>>Mailbox cleanup>>Auto archive
from here you can archive PST file according to the date, time, month.September 29, 2016 at 5:07 am in reply to: How can I grant Application Impersonation Rights to a User in Office 365? #3533 Score: 0Hi,
