Ok, then you can use Outlook add-in in order to convert MSG files to PDF format. Follow below steps:
- You need to click on Setup Automatic Archival option in Adobe PDF tab.
- After that, click on Add button and select the desired email folder.
- Now, Click on Run Archival Now option.
- To convert all the attachments as well, click on Settings >> Include All Attachments.

You can simply access your emails in Outlook. You can save selected MSG emails to HTML file format. Then, you can open them by MS Word to export as PDF file format. This is the simplest method to convert MSG email to PDF format.

The problem with this approach is that it is saving emails one by one which is practically not possible for around 3000 mails as it will become quite complex and lengthy. Moreover, it will require more time which I cannot afford to devote.
