You can easily create Gmail account backup by Google Takeout, just follow the mention steps one by one:

Step 1. Login to Google Takeout Account (by following the link https://www.google.com/settings/takeout)

Step 2. Select required item which you want to export like Mail, Profile, Tasks, etc. Click on Next button.

Step 3. Select Create archive.

Step 4. Select Manage archives then choose Download option to finalize the process.

These are very simple steps to download complete Gmail account data.

You can use a manual approach to remove restriction from PST file in Outlook.

Open MS Outlook and follow the steps:

1. Go to File → Account Settings → Account Settings

2. In Account Settings → Data File → Select File (.pst) → Settings

3. In next wizard, click on Change Password button

4. Set new password then click OK

5. Open Outlook and access Mailbox without any restriction.
