First of all, download and install Thunderbird email application as well as ImportExportTools add-in in your system. Follow the steps:

1. Click on Tools >> Import/Export Tools from the menu list.
2. Now, click on Import MBOX File >> Import directly one or more MBOX files from Files MBOX Import.
3. Click on OK to import the files in Thunderbird.
4. To import MBOX with its integrated subdirectories, click on Import one or more MBOX files from the subdirectory >> Ok.
5. After that, browse the MBOX file from the saved location and click on Open to import MBOX file.

Here you can export AOL emails to PST file format with the help of this tool and after that, you need to just import that file in Outlook to access it on Outlook.

Hi,

You can configure your Hotmail account with Microsoft Outlook to convert emails from Hotmail to PST format of Outlook. For that follow the below steps:

Step 1: Open Outlook then click on “File–> Add Account”.
Step 2: provide details of Hotmal account in which username, password, and email address and then click “Next”.
Step 3: Wait for complete the configuration and then click “Finish”.
Step 4: Restart the Outlook to save all the configurations.
