    Follow steps:

    1. Open MS Outlook and click on File >> Info >> Account Settings >> New button.
    2. Click on Manual setup or additional server types checkbox and then, click on Next button.
    3. Select IMAP/POP and type the following under Server information:
    Account Type– IMAP
    Incoming Mail Server– imap.aol.com
    Outgoing mail server (SMTP)– smtp.aol.com
    4. In Login Information, type name and password of AOL account.
    5. Click on Remember Password checkbox >> More Settings.
    6. In Internet E-Mail Settings, click on Outgoing Server tab.
    7. Click on My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication checkbox.
    8. After clicking on Advanced tab and type:
    Incoming Server (IMAP) – Port 993
    Incoming Server encrypted connection– SSL
    Outgoing Server (SMTP) – Port 587
    Outgoing Server encrypted connection– TLS/Auto
    9. Click on OK. After successful migration, click on Finish button.
    10. Now, one can access AOL emails through Outlook.

    Hi Dexter,

    As you want to migrate data from AOL Desktop email client to MS Outlook, you can sync your AOL account in Outlook using POP/IMAP settings.

    Hi,
    I have tried this method but its a very lengthy and time-consuming process. The major drawback is that it fails to migrate the complete data. Can you suggest me any other instant solution so, that I can easily setup Gmail account in Outlook.

    How can I export my all data from Gmail to Outlook by Forwarding & POP/IMAP settings? Can you please explain it briefly. I want to migrate the emails from seven Gmail account to one Outlook account.

    Hello James,

    This is one good question. There are so many reasons for Outlook.pst file gets damaged. One of such reason is its large file size. If you faced this problem by the oversized issue then you can use the above mentioned third-party utility to resolve your problem by splitting process. In other case, first you want to recover your PST data file and then you can use this utility. for the recovery process you can also take the help from SysTools Outlook Recovery tool.

    Don’t worry now Outlook gives the option to send the email of large size. Now any large attachments can be send through the help of Outlook 365. You are lucky enough that you have only 130 MB data because Outlook now allows 150 MB of data transmission. Follow this.

    Yes, Sure.

    In EAC (Exchange Admin Center), you need to follow these steps:
    1. You have to create a New Shared Folder.
    2. Click on Permission tab and set Folder Shared & Security level.
    3. Click on Organization Management >> Exchange Admin Center >> Permission >> Recipient Management >> Add and choose Role >> Mailbox Import items >> OK.
    4. In EAC, choose the Mailbox and you need to select the desired mailbox. Right-click on the mailbox and then Export to PST file. After that, click on Finish button.

    I will tell you the process of MS Exchange Server Mailbox Merge Wizard. Follow these steps:

    1. First of all, search and download exe for the same and install it in your system.
    2. Now, you need to select Extract & Import option and then proceed by clicking on Next button.
    3. Click on Extract data from an Exchange Server mailbox radio button and then, again click on Next button.
    4. Then, click on Import Procedure >> Archive Data to target store >> Ok.
    5. After that, click on Message Details and enter all the details and then, click on OK button.
    6. Choose mailbox file that you want to export and specify the location to save the exported file and then, click on Finish button.
    7. Now, you will get PST file. Import that file in Outlook and access your data.

    Hi,
    No need to worry if you don’t have paid version of Adobe Acrobat. You can use SysTools PDF Bates Numberer tool. This software allows you to insert bates into multiple PDF files. Moreover, it provides various other functionalities such as add prefix, suffix with the page number and you can also add some additional text.

    To delete logo from PDF file you can follow below steps –

    • Firstly Open the PDF file from which want to remove logo
    • Click the “Document” menu and Choose “Watermark.”
    • Choose Remove
    • Then, Click “Yes” to confirm you want to remove logo from PDF file
    • Save the PDF file in computer clicking the “Save” icon in the top toolbar

    Hi,
    I can understand multiple PDF files are difficult to manage and they consume more disk space. Therefore, in order to combine PDF files, I would like to suggest to use manual solution i.e. Adobe Acrobat Pro to join PDF documents. I hope this solution will help you.

    You can use manual solution to remove logo from PDF document. One of the manual solution is with the help of Adobe Acrobat Pro.
