Could you please provide the steps to show how to upload OST to Office 365?
Thanks in advance
MichaelThanks Eddie,
Did tried the above method but the problem still continues but thanks for the instruction you gave, they are very informative, especially the cause you’ve mentioned. I was wondering, what may be possible the cause behind this.

Hi Henry,
This often happens due to the use of wrong server settings. So if you’re using the incorrect server information, you may face this problem, to correct them you need to use the following Yahoo server settings:
For account type: POP3
Incoming mail server: pop.mail.yahoo.com
Outgoing mail server: smtp.mail.yahoo.com
Encryption type for incoming server: You need to use SSL enabled port to connect with Yahoo account.
Port number for incoming server: 995
Encryption type for incoming server: TLS
Port number for outgoing server: 587.For more info, click here: Know how to configure Yahoo mail with Outlook

MichaelMay 3, 2016 at 4:22 am in reply to: Cannot access an email with attachment in Outlook #2019 Score: 0Hi Kerry,
This is happening especially after the December 8, 2015, update came for excel 2016. Well! Before some time, I was also facing the same issue, then I came to know about this update and after I updated my MS Office to the required version as per the December 8, 2015, my problem gets resolved.
So on the basis of that, I would recommend you to go through this steps if you’ve not installed the latest updates. Here are the steps to update them:
Open any MS Office application (Excel, Word or Outlook) >> click on File
Click on Account >> click on Update Options >> click on Update Now

MichaelHi Barry,
This is a common error in Outlook that occurs mostly in case if Outlook is open by another process. You need to close Outlook from every processes where it is opened using Task Manager.
Here is the steps:
Right click the status bar of the Windows to open Task Manager.
Click Start Task Manager >> select Outlook.exe >> click End Process.
Restart Outlook. If the above steps resolved your problem, do let me know or if you need any further assistance, feel free to contact.
Thanks & Regards
Michael ScofieldHi Henry,
Did the problem still persist?
Follow the above steps as suggested by Kerry and if the problem still persist then first you must know the cause of this error. There may be one of the following cause of this error:
1.) Wrong selection of text format.
2.) If no browser is set as default in your computer.
3.) If you receive this error after you’ve uninstalled Firefox/Chrome.
4.) If you’ve not set the “in-built browser with your computer” as default before uninstalling any third web browser other than the browser configured with your computer (mostly IE).
5.) If registry key is corrupted.
6.) Windows DLL files. From 1.) To 5.) The solution is to follow the above mentioned steps and if the error is due to Windows DLL files then do the following steps:
Step 1: First know how many types of DLL files are there in your Windows. Following are the list of Windows DLL files that are available in Windows:
regsvr32 Shdocvw.dll (Some system use Shdoc401.dll instead)
regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll
regsvr32 Actxprxy.dll
regsvr32 Mshtml.dll
regsvr32 Urlmon.dll
regsvr32 Shell32.dllStep 2: Close all the programs, click Start and type Run in the search box.
Step 3: In the Run command box, type regsvr32 followed by a space and the file name (say regsvr32 shdocvw.dll) and click OK to save the settings.
Note: If the problem still exist after follow the above steps then try to “restore your system”. Follow all the steps carefully, you’ll be able to see the hyperlinks in Outlook.
Thanks & Regards

March 11, 2016 at 12:58 pm in reply to: How to Export Thunderbird data in MS Outlook Data file format #1549 Score: 0Hi Eddie & Barry,
Thanks for your helpful posts. I used IMAP configuration suggested by Eddie. However, this method failed to export all data from Thunderbird to Outlook as well as was lengthy. Therefore, I need a complete solution to move complete data from Thunderbird to Outlook. If anyone knows about it then please tell me.
