You can simply convert Outlook contacts to vCard Format by following the below-discussed Steps:

Open Microsoft Outlook and proceed as follows:

1. In the Navigation Pane, click on the People button to access the contacts.
2. Select the contact that you want to export as vCard VCF file.
3. Now, click on Microsoft Office button and then choose Save As.
4. Navigate to the folder, where you want to save the Vcard file → Enter File Name → Choose (*.vCard) file in Save as Column.
5. Click on Save as Vcard file.
6. Click on the folder in which the vCard file is saved to view the saved file.

Try to create New CSV File and move data to error CSV file and then import this newly created file into your Outlook 2010/2007 edition or any other. Open the CSV file with Notepad. Click on Edit option and change all the semi colon ( ; ) with (,) and Save it

PDF files can be divide by using the Adobe Acrobat pro Application.

1. Launch the Adobe Acrobat Pro application.
2. Click on the file button on the menu bar, then click on the Open option to add the specific PDF file.
3. Once the file has been added, Then click on the “Document” option.
4. On the dropdown menu, Click on the Split document option.
5. On the next menu, Provide the filters such as no. of pages, file size, etc.
6. Save the Output at the desired location such as on the same folder or some other specific folder.

Well, there is a Manual approach but this manual procedure requires Installation of Lotus Notes,

1. Initialize Lotus Notes on your system.
2. Now Select the mails that you need to export.
3. Go to File Menu on the navigation Bar & Select Save As.
4. Select the file Name & Choose to save the file.
5. Now, all the desired emails can be saved as EML File.

This EML File is supported in Apple Mail. You can simple import EML file to Apple Mail by dragging & Dropping the file.

I think first of all you should reduce the size of your OST file using any of the available methods. Once it gets reduced then might be you will be able to access some of your emails. then go for the solution to recover the OST file using the recovery tool.
