You have not mentioned that which exchange server you are using.
I tell you about exchange 2010.
Just go to EMC and then go through Mailflow Settings and check for Mailbox properties. And see that there isn’t any forwarder is applied for sending mails.Same way you can do in Exchange 2013 & 2016, You just need to look for mailbox properties and check for any applied forwarder.

Before Migration from Exchange 2010 to 2016 it is necessary to make plan, read about their architecture and changes which have done in Exchange 2016. For example: In exchange 2010 there are various kind of separate roles like Hub Transport role, Mailbox role, Client Access role & Unified Messaging. But in Exchange 2016 there is only mailbox role.There might be possibility that that the Windows Mail has been corrupted.
You can do this by going through Hub Transport Settings in Exchange Management Console.
I am not confirm about it right now but you have do some changes in Relay settings.Hi Eddie

You can simply do it by using a 3rd Party Tool i.e. SysTools vCard Export for Exporting multiple Contacts at once because it create Single vCard for Contacts With this export option you can create a compact vCard file consisting of multiple contacts. Please check the Antivirus Setting of your PC. If it is repeating the same error then try to Recover your PST file using Inbox Repair Tools (Scanpst.exe) and if the Error doesn’t resolve then you can use a 3rd Party software i.e. SysTools Outlook Recovery to fix the PST file.You can Export all your Outlook Contact at once to your windows address book. In this method, first you need to import all your VCF contacts to Windows contacts. But the Windows address book allows to import or export only a single contact at a time
So, you can follow given below method to import multiple VCF files to Windows Address Book in one click.
1. Press Windows + R
2. Run dialog box will pop up on your screen
3. Write ‘wab’ in the search box
4. OK
5. Windows Address Book Dialog box will open.
6. Now open your folder where all VCF files are stored
7. Select all VCF files by pressing CTRL+A.
8. Drag and drop them into Windows Address Book.
This way all your VCF contacts will get imported into Windows address book automatically.I believe that there is no other manual way you can extract the mail attachment from Mbox without a mail client.
