    Hello Michael
    To delete duplicate contacts:
    1. Click People.
2.On the Home tab, in the Current View group, click the bottom right corner of the views box, and then click Phone. This is the best view to scan your contacts list and see the duplicates.
    3. Current View group on the Home tab
    4. In your list of contacts, hold down Ctrl and click each contact you want to delete.
    5. Hold down CTRL and click each contact you want to delete
    6. When you’ve selected all the duplicates, press Delete or Ctrl+D.

Make sure that TO-DO-BAR view is on Normal form
To do this in Main Menu.
    1. Go to VIEW then on TO-DO-BAR click on NORMAL.
    2. This will allow the calendar to display on the right side of the screen.
    3. When you are on Monthly view some enhancing could be done but much better than day/month view
    4. On the calendar displayed in the to-do bar; notice that the number of days marked there with a different colour.
Now however on the calendar and directly select a range of days in one go (like 2 weeks) try also with 3 and then see what happens

    Hi Kerry,

Thank you for contacting Sysc.org . We are glad to assist you with your concern.

Before we proceed I would require some more information to assist you better.

    1. Mention the type of email account configured in Outlook (POP3, IMAP, Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) or Exchange Server Account)?

    2. Do you have multiple data files open in Outlook?

    Hello Michael
If the Outlook is hanging there must be a problem with Outlook 2013 which needs to be rectified.
Firstly try to Recover your Outlook by running scanpst.exe
you can get reference from the link below
http://blog.systoolsgroup.com/pst-file-tips-tricks.html it will provide you the complete details regading the pst files. If it doesn’t work out then try to run a 3rd party software i.e
    SysTools Outlook Recovery
Because if it is hanging there must be some issues that needs to be resolved so that you don’t face further problems.

You can also take the help of DBCC SQLPERF (logspace) command to check free space for a SQL Server. It helps to give the information of size of transaction log files for each database.

    Hello Micheal

If your network operation did not complete in specified time limit then I would like to suggest you Open the “Replicator” page in your Notes client and manually activate/replicate the line, “Sending outgoing mail and then check whether its working or not.

Earlier when I was using Outlook, I used to create a folder for a specific project and moved all that project’s emails to that folder but now I am moving the emails to a particular project_name label in Gmail.
Once I am done with the project, I usually move all my project related data to a local drive just to show others on the statistics of the project and keep records of the data about the project.

When I was using Outlook, I used to save these data as a .pst file but that can only be read using Outlook software. So I was thinking if I could convert these data into a PDF file as it is preferable in my situation.

My question still remains the same.
How can I save my emails and conversations (of a particular project) in a PDF file format?
    Suggestions are most welcome.

    Thanks,
    Dexter

Thank you for the response. I understand that folders are different than labels. I use labels for separate issues. I learned (from the sites you mentioned) is that a label can be “hidden”.

I can see that Sent mail do not get labels unless I put them on.

I have a question, though, about how to ‘save as’ or ‘print to’ pdf multiple “conversations”. How do I give a copy of a set of conversations to someone else?

    Thanks,
    Dexter

    Hi Micheal

I tried it already, but I think it has some size limitation up-to 4GB only so whatever stuff I will transfer greater than this it wont allow.

    Thanks Dexter

You can use Remove-StoreMailbox cmdlet command for permanently deleting Orphaned or Disconnected mailbox from Exchange 2010.
Just below commands to do this:
Remove-StoreMailbox -Database DataBaseName -Identity MailboxName -MailboxState SoftDeleted

I hope it will help you

    Hi Barry,

You should have exported the email folders and save them as mbox files using the ImportExportTools add-on, and use the add-on to import them later.
That menu add-on should have already done export, storing the mbox files in the accounts local directory within the profile.
Whatever you do don’t use the sync command in Offline>Download/Sync as that can delete messages in the downloaded folders.

I would have just moved the contents of the yahoo account to Local Folders since you want to delete your yahoo account and you need to switch to working offline using file -> offline -> work offline to see offline folders.
I would recommend you to import the downloaded folders to Local Folders using ImportExportTools add-on.

But first, you should save the copy of the whole profile. Just to be on the safer side.
That will open a windows explorer at your profile directory so that you know the right directory to backup.
You may try this much and let me know if you face any problem.
