Manual method to remove restriction from locked PDF by using Google Chrome is working well. But it having some limitations like it needs allow printing ability to complete the task. If the printing is also restricted, then this method is also disabled to give unrestricted file.
If you file is not restricted to print, then you can go for it!!

Have you tried to run inbox repair tool (Scanpst.exe) to diagnose and fix the error manually? It is an inbuilt utility to deal with Outlook errors. Do not forget to close Outlook application before using this tool.

    Hello Sandra Diaz,
Yes, you can recover your deleted files from the hard disk drive. Because when a file is deleted from the computer. It actually removes the reference to the file on the hard disk drive. But you can still recover the data until another file is saved to the same location.

But If you want to know how to recover shift deleted files in windows 10 without software. Then you can perform the Manual method. But I am not sure this method will work for you or not. But at least you can try.

Hello Sandra Diaz! In case you if have any difficulty while performing the manual method then I will suggest you another option. As far as I know, Microsoft Outlook uses PST or OST file format to store the mailbox data. But Apple mail or Mac mail uses MBOX file format. So you need to convert PST file into MBOX file format. Then you have to import this MBOX file in Mac mail email client.
