Hi Lincoln,
Generally the reason of this error in misspelled or wrong address typed in address bar to connect exchange server. So firstly i would suggest you to check the URL which you are using to connect exchange and let me know the result.
Hi Lincoln,
Thanks for you post.
The default configuration of Quota is not suitable according to your need. You can change the default mailbox size and configure it according to your need.
You just have to follow some steps to configure mailbox size according to your need.
First Go to Exchange Management Console then at left side of tree Select Organization Configuration and expand it. Now click on Mailbox and then Database Management. Now right click on database and select properties of Database and then click on Limit tab and define the limit what ever you want for your mailbox and click OK to apply.
I think this will help you.
Okk I got your point.
You can use freeware tool to Open OST File and view emails and other items.
I think it can help you to get user’s data.
You have to have the password to open OST file. Hunt for it and try to contact the person to get passwords. I think you will get something.

PST file can’t Sync with OST because PST stores all data locally, but OST need always active internet connection to sync with Exchange server. Whatever changes are done in Outlook OST it gets updated at exchange server too. But in case of PST all data is downloaded into local computer.
But then ever you can do one thing to access all your old PST emails in laptop, you can copy pst file into laptop and open it in Outlook by going into file menu.
And in PC you need to add an account into Outlook by going into file menu and then click on Add Account and then select Manual setup to connect outlook with Exchange Server.February 26, 2016 at 7:33 am in reply to: Can’t start Microsoft Outlook. To recover from this issue first check whether outlook isn’t running in compatibility mode. You can check for this by going to the properties of Outlook Application. If it is checked to run in compatibility mode then uncheck that and start outlook.

Hey Barry,
It seems that your Outlook Data Files weren’t fully restored after recovering the data. The PST File might be facing corruption issues which might be hindering outlook to view its contents.
I would suggest you to scan and fix your PST File using Microsoft’s inbuilt Inbox repair tool : Scanpast.exe .
Located at : Office Installation Folder/Scanpst.exeFeel free to revert back for further queries/assistance.
Thanks
