Then I will suggest you to opt an Automated Professional approach to save Outlook Email as RTF because these third-party softwares can easily convert larger number of files in very less time and also in one go.
Thank you so much!
Yes, this method is effective but there is a file size limitation i.e. 4 GB. I cannot open DMG file of size greater than 4 GB. Now, what should I do?
I have heard about this utility. It is a free utility that can save all the contents of the DMG file. But, while running this application, I faced many problems. Can you explain how it works?

It takes very less time to complete the task. There will be no change in the formatting of the emails. It is the best option for bulk Outlook MSG to PDF conversion.

Why do you want to save MSG files as PDF format? Instead, you can migrate those emails to your current email client? You can save them in that email application as a backup as well as access them anytime.
@Edwin
I even found out a blog that is quite similar to your query that can help you to store audio data on cloud. Whether it is an audio recording or video Vault1 provides a large volume space that allows large data to be stored at least required cost.I know its very tough job to decide which is the best cloud platform that could fulfill our demands with minimal cost. I would recommend you to use Vault1, which is the best place to save your data on cloud and get it accessed anytime from anywhere.

Its important to have a backup of your data because any type of data loss may ultimately harm you for a long time. In that case I would suggest you to use some software. Because going through manual process would take a lot of time. -
