Ok. To open bulk MSG emails simultaneously, you can try SysTools MSG Reader tool to view Outlook MSG files without Outlook.
Ok, Follow these steps:
- If you are using Outlook, then you can select the specific email and save that message to the desired location. There is no need to do this if you have orphan MSG files.
- Now, the Outlook message is saved in MSG file format. Right-click on that file and click on Rename option.
- Remove msg and write html or mht and change the extension of the file.
- After that, open the file with a browser like Chrome.
- Now, you can open and read MSG files without Outlook easily.

Ok. Follow these steps:
- Create a folder with all MSG files.
- Click on Tools >> Folder Options.
- Click on the View tab and uncheck the Hide file extensions for known file types option.
- Click on Apply and then OK.
- Right-click on a MSG file and click on Rename option.
- Remove the .msg extension and rename it to .mht. Click on Yes for confirmation of changing the extension.
- Repeat above steps for all the MSG files in that folder.
- Double-click on the file to read them by any web browser like Chrome.
It is fine. You can then change the file extension from .msg to .mht and access them in a web browser. It is easy to open and read MSG emails in such a way.

It is true that MSG files belong to Microsoft Outlook. If you have orphan MSG files, then also, you can access those MSG files in MS Outlook. So, try that and view MSG emails easily.

To backup the emails from Hotmail, you want to export them to one empty folder in any of the locations of your computer. Then copy these files to the hard drive.

I know about one method to save AOL mail to Hard Drive. Please follow the steps given below:
Step 1: Login to the AOL Account and click “Mail”.
Step 2: Click on the emails which you need to save or if you want to save all then hold ctrl and select the items you wanted.
