Thank you Barry…
I used “SysTools-Split PST Software” as you suggested me. It really worked perfectly. I easily managed to divide my Outlook PST file by splitting it with date-wise and year-wise split options.
Thanks again for suggesting me this wonderful software. 🙂
Best Regards

I read the article carefully, but pst19upg.exe did not work because my Outlook PST File is UNICODE format type. As you suggested me in your answer that this tool does work only for the ANSI code PST File. But there is a link in the last section of the article. I followed up and download the demo version of the PST Password Remover Tool. But due to the demo limitation it was showing only the status of Locked PST File. Then, I decided to purchase this software. I installed and ran this tool after buying. It really worked proactively.
Again thank you so much Barry for helping me… 🙂
Hi,
Thanks Barry. I tried this option to split Outlook PST file into small chunks, but found it a bit time-consuming process. If I use this option, then it spoils my time. So, could you please tell me another fast and secure alternative method for it.Thanks & Regards
Michael ScofieldGreat thanks to all – I have got the solution. 🙂

Please elaborate your answer, I mean where we can get pst19upg.exe and how to use these utilities to remove PST file password.
Hi Barry,
I am unable to find the Date wise archiving option in MS Outlook. Will you please provide me the exact path to access the date wise archiving options?
Hi eddie,
Why are you going for third party utility, when there are many manual solutions already available like VBA macro or printer. I have found an article about how to save Outlook emails into separate PDF files. This article describes three different manual methods for this.

I hope it will be helpful for you.

Set your Outlook in offline mode. To do so: Click on “Send/Receive” Tab >> “Work Offline”. Now restart Microsoft Outlook and Open message from the Outbox Folder, select the message and Delete it. Don’t forget to enable MS Outlook back On-line again.

All right Barry.
There might be many reasons to receive duplicate emails.Have you installed any antivirus? I am just asking because many anti-virus programs can cause this issue. If your email is large, then the software causes a “timeout”. As a result you receive Duplicate emails.
Which Outlook Account are you working on? I mean POP or IMAP.
Yes, it is. You can Search SRS File from this location: C:\Users\admin\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook
By deleting .srs file in MS Outlook you can fix the bug easily.
Steps to delete .srs file:
1. Close “MS Outlook”.
2. Press “Window Key” + “R” & type this location on Run dialog box C:\Users\admin\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook
3. Delete the .srs file.
4. Click on “Send/Receive” button.Note: Please unchecked all add-ins & repair Outlook PST File before performing this.
Hello,
SRS is send and receive setting profile. This file is created automatically when a new profile created in Outlook. SRS File provides information to Outlook how to access a specific email service provider account and process of incoming and outgoing emails from that account.
Thanks & Regards
MichaelGive a try to Archiving feature, it is often deemed that this feature moves old emails to the other PST file and subsequently the size of the default Outlook PST file gets diminished.

To be frank, your question seems mind-boggling and I have a suspicion that this all is happening because of some sort of corruption or bug which is impeding you to access your Outlook Data File. If there is something like that, you are going to run into a big trouble.
Well, waiting for your reply so I could exactly determine the actual cause of the glitch.
Thanks & Regards
