Hi Eddie
Is your mail client is Outlook or Mail Application because if you are using Outlook have you set this in mail application or if you are using Mail Application than does word/excel/power point have access to your contacts. Because whatever application you are using should have access to your contacts. Sometimes these accessibility condition creates an unwanted error like this( error:1001).

Yes.
The simplest solution is to configure it for an IMAP account. You can move the messages from each yahoo folder to a corresponding folder in Local Folders using IMAP account. Either select messages and select the “message -> move to” command or drag and drop the messages. You can access all folders in IMAP account while in POP3 you can only access Inbox.

DexterHi,
While searching solution for your query I came across a method to migrate OST to Office 365 with the help of a third party software. I have read the reviews of these products and it shows that many of the users were satisfied.
Firstly, you need to convert ost to pst and if the ost is corrupted or there are deleted messages from OST files, then I suggest you to use this software to convert such ost to pst.
https://www.systoolsgroup.com/ost-recovery.htmlThen after you have converted the OST to PST successfully, then you can migrate this PST to your Office 365 account using this product:
https://www.systoolsgroup.com/import-to-office-365/Once all your PST files are imported to Office 365 account then your problem will be resolved.
PS: Try this software at your own risk because I am posting this on behalf of user reviews. You can use the trial version and let us know if your issue got resolved.

You can set Email Forwarding using Exchange Admin Center as well as PowerShell commands.
I am writing commands for mail Forwarding in Exchange 2016
Set-Mailbox -Identity "Dexter" -DeliverToMailboxAndForward $true -ForwardingSMTPAddress "dextermorgan@xyzabc.net"
The above command will forward all incoming mails from Dexter mailbox to dextertermorgan@xyzabc.net
Set-Mailbox -Identity "Dexter" -ForwardingSMTPAddress "carljonshon@company.com"
The above command will forward all emails sent to Dexter to his coworker carljonshon@company.comMay 11, 2016 at 9:51 am in reply to: Exchange 2010 Stop Receiving Mails for Those Employees who Have Left the Company #2059 Score: 0Hi lincoln,
You can go for set restrictions on incoming mails to get into those mailboxes who isn’t related to team anymore. You can go with “Message Delivery Restrictions” option to set Accept message from option.
By setting this all incoming mails won’t go to restricted mailboxes.Hi Lincoln,

April 27, 2016 at 7:17 am in reply to: Microsoft Exchange Server Migration from 2007 to 2016 #1985 Score: 0You can also migrate by exporting Exchange database to Outlook PST file using Get-Mailbox -Database [server]\FirstStorageGroup\MailboxDatabaseName | Export-Mailbox
-PSTFolderPath [\\path\to\folder] command in Exchange Server 2007. Then import PST file to Exchange Server using New-MailboxImportRequest –filepath \\ServerName\SharedFolder\PSTfile.pst -mailbox MailboxName Command in Exchange Server 2016.
Run all commands in PowerShell or Exchange Management Shell. If above command fails to export then you have to use any third party tool to convert Exchange 2007 Mailbox to PST file format. Then easily import PST file to Exchange 2016 using above import command.
Don’t forget to take backup first before going for any solution.

Firstly you should free some space of Hard drive as you have mentioned that you have less available space. Then check whether it is working well or not. If not then you should go for deletion and re-installation.
If you delete account from Outlook then your data won’t be affected at Exchange Server. So you can proceed for deletion without any hesitation.

April 18, 2016 at 7:15 am in reply to: Office 365 Personal License Transfer to New Computer #1938 Score: 0Hi Lincoln,
You need not to transfer Office 365 License to other computer. You can request use same license on your other computer. Office 365 allow you to use your Mailbox upto 5 different devices. You can access it in two different platforms Windows & Mac only.
So you can download & Office 365 Software in five diff devices using a license. You can get license from Office 365 Portal.
You can activate & deactivate any devices to access Office 365.
This facility is available in Office 365 small business subscription.April 2, 2016 at 9:45 am in reply to: Server Error 554 5.7.1 Relay Access Denied MS Outlook #1824 Score: 0Hi,

Thanks for your post.
This issue has been fixed by Microsoft. You can download the updates by going through support office but this update will work only with Windows 10 Enterprise and Pro Operating system Version 1511 and higher versions. It could also work for Windows 10 Home Edition but I am not sure for this.
If it doesn’t work then please let us know.
