There is different manual methods available to move PST files into EDB format. You can easily transfer Outlook files to Exchange account using Powershell Commands manually. But before describing the commands, Can you please share the version of Exchange account you are using?

To eliminate the OST file corruption problems, you can use the following approach that is by using Scanost.exe method. The steps are given bellow:
Step 1: Close the Outlook before starting the repair program
Step 2: Open Scanost.exe by performing double clicking on it.
Step 3: If you want to work offline mode then click on “Connect”
Step 4: Select “Repair Errors” option to resolve the errors automatically during the scanning time.
Step 5: Finally click on “Begin Scan”

By using the above steps, you can solve the OST file corruption issues

After performing all the possible methods you can try emptying your Deleted Items folder automatically.

Choose File >> Options >> Advance Tab. Then, from Outlook Exit option, check the empty deleted items folder while quitting from Outlook & then click OK to apply the changes.

You can even manually delete the messages by using Shift + Delete.

Apart from this you can also delete the attachments with respect to each mails. You can first save those attachments & then remove them from the original message.

There is another approach to merge PDF files i.e. with the help of Adobe Acrobat XI. For this, you have followed some steps –

Step 1: Go to Create button
Step 2: Choose Combine files into single PDF
Step 3: At the top left of combine files dialog box
Step 4: Add files using the Add Files drop-down menu or drag and drop
Step 5: Now, go to options
Step 6: Choose a File Type: Single PDF or Portfolio
Step 7: Click OK
Step 8: Arrange files by using arrows located on the bottom left or click or drag
Step 9: Click on Combine Files.

Kindly follow the steps to transfer the android contacts to Outlook:

Step 1: Go to address book and select “Contacts”
Step 2: Click on “Menu” and select “Import and Export”
Step 3: Select the option “Export to SD card”. Copy the file from SD card tp PC
Step 4: Open the vCard ImportExport to import VCF files to Outlook
Step 5: Choose the first task from wizard tasks
Step 6: Choose the locations to take and save the file respectively
Step 7: Select duplicate management settings
Step 8: Click on “Finish”
