Thanks Michael for sharing this useful info but these manual steps are highly time consuming and I am not familiar with VBA macro. In this article, I read about a PST to PDF converter. Will you please tell me, which is the best and secure PST to PDF converter to perform this task?
Thanks & Regards
Eddie ThwanDon’t mind barry, I think you have not read my last post correctly. I told you this add-on creates a single PDF file for all selected messages but I need to create a separate PDF file for each mail. If I use this method then a lot of my time will be lost in selecting messages and converting them into PDF file because the numbers of mails are above 3000. So please tell me a fast and secure solution to convert Outlook emails to an individual PDF file format.

Hello Kerry Morris,
As the Barry’s suggestion you need to install Microsoft Outlook to view your emails. If you want to see Emails of your PST File without installation of MS Outlook, then you need to switch on any third party tool. I would like to suggest you a Free PST Viewer Tool to see your PST emails without having Outlook.Click here: http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/systools_outlook_pst_viewer.html

September 7, 2015 at 11:51 am in reply to: Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. #588 Score: 0I agreed with Barry’s Solution. But, in case, if the above solution does not help to resolve your issue you can also try to reset the Navigation Pane in MS Outlook.
To reset the Navigation Pane: Press “Window” button + “R” >> Type “outlook.exe<space>/resetnavpane” without quotes in run dialog box and press enter.
When I was searching about your query on Google, I found an informative article on “Outlook Common Errors”. So, I want to share with you that article to get aware about most common Outlook error.

Let’s try these steps to make changes in both type of mails.
Font Style for new messages:
1. Open “MS Outlook”.
2. Click on “File” Tab >> “Options” >> “Mail” (at left pane) >>Under “Compose messages” section (at right pane) >> Click on “Stationery and Fonts” button.
3. Under “Personal Stationery” Tab move on “New mail messages” section and click on “Font” Button.
4. A new window will appear, Under the Font Tab, you can select any font that you want.
5.Click “Ok”.Font Style for reply to or forward:
Follow all the above given steps, except step 3. Because that particular step has been already chosen in earlier font style of “New Mail Message”. Now, choose “Replying or forwarding messages” and start doing changes.
Hello,
Will you please tell me clearly?
I mean in which section you want to change the font: “Font style for new messages” or “for those messages that you reply to or forward”?
Thanks & Regards

First you should try Barry’s solution. If the issue still appears, then you can also try to run Microsoft Window Resource Checker Tool, also known as SFC (System File Checker).
To know how to run “SFC” command:
• Click on “Search” bar >> Type “cmd” >> Right click on “Command Prompt” >> Click on “Run as administrator”.
• Type “sfc<space>/scannow” & press enter. The process will take some time.
• Reboot your System.I hope this will help you to resolve your issue.

Eddie ThwanIts appear to be that the erroneous is still persist in the Outlook Data File and scanpst is not suffice in critiquing. Any alternative of scanpst.exe (feeble sort of application), which could go a long way.
Waiting for suggestion!!!
Thanks & Regards
Hello Barry
You can increase your server timeout settings to 5 minutes by following given below steps:
In Outlook 2010:
Click on “File” Tab >> “Account Settings” >> “Account Settings” >> Click on your existing emails account >> “More Settings” >> “Advanced Tab” >> Move on the “Server Timeout” Section, click on arrow & Increase from 1 minute to 5 minutes.
Hello Barry,
I have even tried the above given method but did not get any result. Is it something wrong with the PST file?
I also read some sources available on the web that are alluding towards PST file corruption. Should I run scanpst?August 25, 2015 at 5:10 am in reply to: Unable to Send Emails in Outlook after upgrading Windows 10 #511 Score: 0On which Outlook Version are you working?
