OST Files are generally located at: –

“Can I delete OST files without losing email messages?” :- Yes, you can delete OST files without losing any Email. Your emails are deleted from cache locally but will be accessible as they are also stored on Exchange Server.

If you are having an issue with moving emails to the Trash, I would suggest rebuilding the affected mailboxes, in this case, both the source (where the message was when you tried to delete it) and the Trash. You can try to rebuild mailboxes to resolve “An error occurred while moving messages to mailbox “(null)” by following the steps:
step 1: Firstly, to Rebuild a mailbox.
Step 2: Select a Mailbox, then choose Mailbox > Rebuild.
Step 3: When you Rebuild Mailboxes for IMAP and Exchange accounts then messages and attachments are downloaded again from the server to your Mac. Your mailbox appears empty until the download is complete.

Your external Hard drive is not showing in Disk management Just follow the steps listed below and fix the issues:

    • Find search box in your system and type cmd and press Enter
    • Type set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1 and click on Enter
    • Type cd \ and click on enter
    • Type cd windows\system32 and hit the enter button
    • Type start devmgmt.msc and hit the enter button

By completing this process your device manager is open you have to click
on view After that you have to click on show hidden device

Extract all nodes by click on + symbol and if you have find any unknown entries uninstall it.

Restart your computer and again connect your hard drive. Check the external hard drive showing in disk management.

    Hi there,
The issues we people are facing are exactly a number of limitations of the GAMMO tool. But, a third party tool is available to the rescue.

I came across this tool by referring to the article link shared by Moderator “Henry”
    The tool:
provides me with the log history of the migration
did not lead to any loss of data
does not even requires the Outlook to proceed with the migration. And many others strengths as well.

It is the SysTools Outlook to G Suite Migrator tool being an excellent alternative for GAMMO tool that will help users to migrate from Outlook to G suite without any trouble.

First of all stop working on the same hard drive and don’t overwrite it. If you have backup, try to get back lost data from backup file.

    Hi,
In order to fix the problem “Outlook 2016 corrupting PDF attachments” I would suggest you to repair Adobe Reader or check fro Recent updates. Because it might be possible that the Adobe Reader got damaged due to which it cannot open PDF files. However, if this doesn’t work I would suggest you to check whether PDFs corrupt when Outlook is run in Safe mode?

I can understand the pain in moving the data from Outlook to Office 365 and the risk of data loss. The method that you can refer is either the Drive or networking shipping.
