To complete your task, you can go with manual solutions. One of the simplest method I have mentioned below:
Step 1: Click “Ctrl+A” for selecting all contacts.
Step 2: Right click on contacts.
Step 3: Select the option “Move”.
Step 4: Select the contacts folder and click “OK”.

I can help you because once I faced this same situation to split PST data files, that time I have used the Import & Export method t solve my problem. You can use the following steps to proceed with this:Step 1: Run Outlook and make a new PST file.
Step 2: Select “File”–> “More items”–> “Outlook Data File”.
Step 3: Search storage location and provide name to the new file then click “OK”.
Step 4: Select the options “File”–> “Open”–> “Import”–> “Export”.
Step 5: choose “Outlook Data File” the click “Next” and select the folder to export from.
Step 6: Click “Browse” to select the file and hit “OK” from the Open Outlook Data Files window.

You are right. You can access multiple email accounts on MS Outlook. You can sync your Yahoo account in Outlook and get all the emails in Outlook. Use POP/IMAP settings for the synchronization of data. It will sync all the data directly from Yahoo Mail to Outlook.
