Microsoft Outlook for Windows and Mac are technically same. Both of them provides similar services. Despite of the fact the both created different file format to store mailbox data. Mac Outlook creates OLM file and Windows Outlook creates PST file format. You can easily export Mac Outlook 2016 to PST via manual solution itself. But the manual solution requires some technical knowledge about the POP/IMAP protocols and Gmail account configuration. I have tried all above method but no result found. Infect whenever I will connect my hard drive it will produce too much sound and there is message display on my system that wizard couldn’t find optimum match for your hardware. So, in this situation uninstall it and again install driver. Than message appear new hardware found it is ready for use. But again it is not found in my computer disk management. I am using window 10 please suggest me any reliable solution to fix external hard drive not showing in disk management utility.

Yes, Google takeout method can only backup data in a zip file format that you can extract on your local machine easily. But if you wish to to convert your emails to other formats (like PST, EML, MSG, MBOX) then you can use Third party tools since Google Takeout method does not support other file format conversions.

The data that we have in our organisational accounts may be of big help in future and it is always preferable if you create a backup of your data.
To my knowledge, there are two methods that you can use for creating Google Apps Email Backup. One is Google Takeout method which is manual and another is Third party tool. You can use any of the method as per your requirements. I am explaining both of them.Manual method is a bit complex and time consuming also if you have a specific file format conversion in your head then this method might not help.

2. Sign in using your account
3. Choose which all google Application’s data you want to backup .
4. Later you can create archives of your data and download your files in a zip format on your pc and access all the files you have backed up.Or you can simply use any of the Third party tool. There are so many third party tools and software packages that are available online that you can try for creating Google Apps Email Backup before you you move from one organisation to another.
Some of these tools are paid and you can refer any of the above methods that you find suitable.

Based on your query you can access a manual method for backup Thunderbird contacts by replacing address book from parent account to other. For that, follow the steps given below.- Open Thunderbird profile. Go to Address Book icon.
- Select the address book which you want to export then click Tool >> Export
- Choose the storage location and Select CSV format. click Save button.
Now switch to another account where you want to export the contacts.
- Then click Tool >> Import >> Address Book.
- Select the text file from the window and open the csv file from the storage location.
Likewise you can import address books to new profile from here you can access the contacts.
There are many third-party tools available online, But I will suggest you SysTools Exchange Export as I am using this tool for quite a long time for export Exchange Database to PST. You can try this export Exchange mailbox to PST tool, i think it must be able to solve all your problems.
Make sure that, the specified location to which PST file is to be exported must be a shared folder available on the network. Other error which many people generally faces is New-MailboxExportRequest is Not Recognized. And these methods are having a large number cons because of which you may suffer from:
1. Risk of data loss
2. Corruptibility and fragility of the files converted from Exchange Mailbox to PST in bulk
3. Limited search capability
