I have tried all the above-mentioned methods explained by you but still, I am unable to perform the migration. I think my Exchange mailbox data is damaged due to some reason. I am still getting New-MailboxExportRequest is not recognized error as before. If you want to simply convert your Outlook mails to HTML file format then you just have to follow some simple steps to perform the same without any extra efforts.You can try any of the PST viewer available in the market to view PST files.
The PST files can be opened “from within” Outlook. For that you need to first open Outlook & then in Outlook choose File >> Open >> Outlook Data File..

I think the file which you have has an extension that is related to Outlook. Try & check the file extension & open the file with “Open With” option.
