    Hi Barry,
There are various procedures that are recommended by Microsoft itself for migration i.e. Cutover Migration, Staged Migration or Hybrid Migration. You can opt for any of these migration procedures depending on your requirements. As you have a large number of mailboxes for migration, it can take a few months to complete the entire job.

As I can see that you have already tried scanpst.exe to fix the error, then it is clear that the issue is major or there is severe corruption in OST file. So, in this case, you can restore data from the backup. It is also one of the best methods of replacing corrupt OST file with the recently created backup file.

While doing so make sure that you have recently taken backup of your OST file.

    5. Now click on the Change button.
    6. Then check the “Use Cached Exchange Mode” and then click on More settings.
    7. Now check the use Cached exchange mode checkbox and under the cached exchange mode Click on Ok>>Next>>Finish button.

Hi, if your files are not showing in the hard drive file in case if they exist then you can try this method to know. Maybe this method will only work if the files are just hidden.

    • In Windows 10 open File Explorer.
    • Click on View Tab.
    • Then click on the Hidden items tab.

Hello, if you are getting this error external hard drive format disk problem then I will suggest you plug it into a different USB port or plug into the different computer. Sometimes it works
    1. First, the user has to connect the external hard disk drive to another PC.
    2. Now right-click on the computer the user has to check this external drive shows up or not.

Previously my default mail client was Windows Live Mail. Now I have migrated on Office 365. I have saved the bunch of .eml file into my external hard drive. Now I want to import those files into Microsoft Office 365 Account. Is it possible to import windows live mail to outlook office 365?

Right now I don’t have the access to my previous mail client. I have only Windows live mail mailbox as the backup. Let me know how to export all emails to my O365 account.
