I found this: http://www.systoolsgroup.com/office365-backup/ as your solution. They are claiming to download your multiple Office365 user’s data at once. The saving format PST is also available with inclusion of EML file format. Thanks Henry,
As per your suggestion I spoke with the chat tech member of SysTools about the issue and he provided me a free trial. I used the trial and it solved my issue.
Thank you very much for your response.

Currently there is nothing like the PowerShell script to download office 365 data? Why don’t you go for inbuilt backing up data on the service, apart from the SLA to maintain the continuity of your data, which activate the Archive Mailbox for the accounts you need to back up, & define a retention policies for that archive mailboxesI think if I migrate from 2003 to Outlook 2013 then only I will be able to download all my AOL data. In fact, I had changed my archive setting so that I can download my AOL data from that specific date. But I am confused now how to do?

You can download your Office 365 data into .pst in order to save a local copy of your Office 365 emails, contacts & calendars. And let me add a point you can also take into account the Hybrid deployment situation where you can store data on-premise. They assure the data continuity in case of disaster recovery

KerryHi Michael,
My MS Outlook 2010 is configured with an IMAP account. So, would you like to update me by an appropriate solution.
Regards
Hello,
First you should follow Barry’s solution. If the problem still persists, then you can also try these steps in MS Outlook:
Click on “File” Tab >> “Account Settings” >> “Account Settings” >> “Change Folder” >> Change from whatever it was to: Outlook Data File – Inbox
Let me know if you need further assistance!!!
Thanks & Regards

KerryI am not much familiar with MS Outlook that’s why I am looking for a way to open Outlook data file without MS Outlook. But after reading your answer I am confused if it is even possible. So I searched for MS Outlook in my PC. I found it but when I open it then it is asking me to create a profile. Will you please tell what is an Outlook profile and why do I need to create it?
Well, I did have tried Inbox repair tool to repair the PST file but seems like even its no working. I am in urgent need of accessing my Outlook mailbox. It has some really important information that I will be requiring in the coming days. So, please suggest me what should I do.
Regards,
Kerry MorrisStephen West, yes you can recover the delete records as well, for this purpose, you need to browse the LDF & MDF file in the software and then select the scanning option. Software will recover the deleted records for you and offers you 3 different ways to save the recovered data:
1. Save as SQL Server database
2. Save as SQL Server compatible SQL scripts
3. Save as CSV fileNote: You need to have LDF & MDF file in order to recover deleted records. Incase, any of these files is missing then you can’t perform the recovery of deleted data.
June 29, 2015 at 8:38 am in reply to: Any way to print my Outlook emails directly to attached printer #261 Score: 0Though there is no direct way to print multiple email messages from Outlook 2013 at a time, but there is a tool named as Mailxaminer which can help you in executing this task.
The tool is specifically meant for forensics users and supports multiple file formats including PST file format. So what all you can do is, browse PST file into this application, select the emails you want to print, it has an option for direct print command i.e. “PRINT” so you can select it and you will get print out of all the selected emails in one go.
For more information, visit here – http://www.mailxaminer.com/
You can try third party solutions available online to view log files of SQL server. One such tool is available here http://www.systoolsgroup.com/sql-log-analyzer.html SQL Log Analyzer which allows you to preview all activities of .ldf file and helps you in reading and analyzing distinct transactions like delete, modify, insert.
So, with the help of this tool you can easily view all the DML commands given to your SQL database.

June 25, 2015 at 8:34 pm in reply to: In need of a EML Viewer to extract attachments from EML files #216 Score: 0Thank you.
The EML Viewer is no help because the only export it offers, as far as I can see, is PDF.I need to extract all the .XLS attachments in folders of EML files.
Equally MailXaminer is only described as a tool for “examining ” emails. I need to extract files.
Can you recommend a product that I can point to a folder with nearly a million EML files in sub-folders and let it run unattended and extract any specified attachment file types ?
I have used uudeview recursively for this purpose, and it looks OK to me, but I’m not finding the same number of files that another researcher did, who used your Outlook Extractor. So I want to double-check.
