Hey David, I had the same problem last week and used a third party tool to fix this problem. The tool allows me to merge PST files without Outlook.

I have backup of Windows 7 live mail storage folder and now I have installed Windows 10 on same system.
Now I want to use Outlook, is it possible to import Windows 7 mail data to Outlook?
Windows 7 mail stored in Pen Drive.
I performed the steps, suggested by B. But the software is not detecting Windows 7 Mail storage folder automatically.

No need to worry dexter follow the steps given below to check PDF security:
1- Open the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
2- Then, open the PDF case file
3- Click the lock icon present there
4- After that, click on Permissions Detail option
5- Under the security tab, all permissions are listed
6- Check comment security is allowed or not

I can understand your problem sometimes we may find multiple issues with PDF documents. But, in your case, there is some PDF highlighting issue. So, I would suggest you check whether the file is protected or not.I have one suggestion for you. Now Yahoo and Rocketmail are same so you can search for the Yahoo backup techniques and procedure. I think it will help to take the backup of Rocketmail also.

I would like to add one more solution for you. You can use two steps that is, first convert your AOL mails to PST file format using SysTools AOL backup tool and after that import these PST files to Office 365 with the help of Office 365 Import tool.
