    Hi Kerry,

It’s not possible to combine inbox of multiple accounts in Outlook using IMAP. however you can convert IMAP into POP3 configuration. To do that have a look on below steps:
Sign in to Gmail >> click Gear icon >> select Forwarding and POP/IMAP
Under IMAP Access >> select Enable IMAP >> click Save Changes
Now close the Gmail settings and Restart Outlook and then try to combine them.

    Thanks & Regards

In the Profile Name dialogue box, type a name for the profile and click OK to proceed to the next step.
Specify the User Name, the primary Email Address, and the Password. Then, click Next.
A new window will appear. Click Finish to close this window.

    Hi Michael,

Please do let me know whether you are using POP3 or IMAP account in your Outlook?, there is very simple procedure to check them. Follow the below steps:

Step1: Open MS Outlook and then select File option at the top left corner of Outlook screen and click Account Settings to open a new window.

Step2: Check which type of account you’re using for each particular account in the E-mail tab. For example in the screen shot, the account is of POP3 type.

    Thanks & Regards,

    Hi Michael,

    By using Gmail account, you can easily export Thunderbird data in MS Outlook with the help of the given steps;

1.) Firstly you need a Gmail account with IMAP enabled.

2.) Now configure your Gmail account in Thunderbird.

3.) For each folder of archived mail you have in your main Thunderbird account, create an identical folder in the Gmail account as that of Thunderbird.

4.) After that copy all Thunderbird folders in Gmail account. Since, the Gmail account is set up to use IMAP, when you copy those emails they are mirrored to your Gmail account. It even preserves the original send date. Make sure the synchronization is complete before you perform step 5.

5.) Now configure Gmail account in MS Outlook 2013 and Download all your emails in Outlook from Gmail.

6.) After that configure main Email account in Outlook 2013 and create your folder.

7.) Copy all messages from Gmail account folders to your main email account folders.

I hope it will work for you.

    Hello,

You should try these steps to fix this issue.

Open “Microsoft Outlook” >> Go to “View” tab >> “Current View” group. Make sure that Show All Messages is checked and nothing else.

It can also be the issue of third party Add-Ins, so you have to also check them and remove unnecessary add-ins.

While I was searching on the web, I found an informative article on Outlook Email Disappears. So you can also take more help from this article.

    Thanks & Regards

    Hi,

If Microsoft Outlook opens in safe mode and the issue still persists, then try to remove add-ins by Clicking on the “File” tab >> “Options” >> “Add-Ins”>> Select “Com Add-ins” and click on “Go” >> Clear all check boxes in the list & click “OK” button >> Restart “Microsoft Outlook”(normally, not in safe mode).
